New BOX NOW x Shopify App


We have great news! 🎉 The BOX NOW team, in collaboration with Shopify, has worked hard to bring you a new, improved app with even more features!


👉 What’s changing?

The current BOX NOW Delivery App will be discontinued on May 15, 2025. Shopify has already sent out a relevant notification email.


🔧 What do you need to do?

  1. 🔁 On May 15 (not earlier!), go to your Shopify Admin.
  2. 👉 From the left-hand menu, select the BOX NOW Delivery App.
  3. ⚠️ At the top of the page, you’ll see the deactivation notice and a button to uninstall the app.
  4. 👇 Click the “Uninstall App” button

  5. 🆕 Then, you’ll be able to install our newer, faster, and more functional BOX NOW for Shopify app.
  6. 📬 Stay tuned for a new email with installation instructions for our new app.

👀 Sneak Peek! So what does this new app do?

The new app is more flexible and compatible with more Shopify plans.
Specifically:

  • Basic Plan: The map will appear on the Cart page.
  • Other plans (Shopify, Advanced, Plus): Option to either display the map on the Cart page or show the three nearest Lockers on the Checkout page 📍📍📍

If the email or notification about the deactivation of our app from Shopify worried you, rest assured there’s no need for concern.
You now have all the necessary information for a smooth transition to the new app.

👉 Until then, you can continue to use our management tool Partner Portal to issue and manage your vouchers📦 as usual.

The new app will be available on May 15, 2025, and of course, you’ll be able to install it too.
